In-depth interviews. We ask specific questions about work history, experience, and preferences to ensure our candidates have the training, technical knowledge, and professional demeanor to meet the needs of your organization.
Skill tests. We test our candidates' experience level in basic office skills such as typing and 10-key. We also test for proficiency with MS Office software.
Thorough reference checks. For each of our candidates, we contact professional references to determine the positions held, length of employment, and detailed feedback on past work performance.
Background checks. We conduct criminal background checks for all direct-hire placements. At your request, we can also coordinate pre-employment drug screening.
